Meet the Team
Senior Subrogation ManagerMegan Aloisi joined Fleet Response in 2003. For the past 14 years, she has been leading the subrogation department through the accumulation of contracts and medical subrogation clients, and most recently the acquisition of Paragon Subrogation Services while maintaining superior results in auto subrogation. As the Senior Subrogation Manager, Megan is responsible for setting department KPI’s, challenging benchmarks, and increasing recovery while reducing cycle time. Additionally, she manages staffing and caseloads for the department and provides coaching/development to her cultivating her team, which shows throughout Fleet Response. Megan is a frequent speaker at National Association of Subrogation Professional (NASP) events. Megan is also a member of NASP and has obtained the CSRP designation.
Arbitration ManagerLucy has been in the insurance claims industry for over 25 years. She has been with Paragon Subrogation Services, LLC since 1999. Prior to Paragon Subrogation Services, LLC she began her career at 21st. Century Insurance Company where she held variety of different positions. Lucy is responsible for directing and managing the arbitration department, along with implementation and client services. She grows positive, professional relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels. She has been a panelist for hearing cases with Arbitration Forums.
Subrogation ManagerJorge joined Paragon in 1997 and brings over 20 years of subrogation and claims experience. He works closely with his clients to maximize their recovery on insurance subrogation matters. He holds the designation of Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) and is a Certified Mobile Notary Public.Jorge oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure proper claim handling techniques to protect the integrity of our company. Providing consistent service quality and streamlined processes are the main functions of his job, ensuring the best value for Paragon’s clients. Jorge has also previously worked in Sales & Marketing with American International Group in which he provided insurance counsel to clients.
Subrogation ManagerHector joined Paragon Subrogation Services in 2010.Hector has held several positions at Paragon starting from entry level position of Scanner to Subrogation Specialist, prior to being promoted to Subrogation Manager. Hector closely with our clients to maximize recoveries on subrogation matters and customer service. Hector specializes in several areas of subrogation such as uninsured motorist, carriers, ride-share, property, and personal injury protection.
Property Subrogation ManagerNick joined Paragon Subrogation Services in 2019 and serves as Property Subrogation Manager. He has a bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from California State University, Northridge. Responsibilities include client outreach, customer service, negotiations and management. He is a certified material damage appraiser and ICAR certified.
Accounting Department MangerAntonio joined Paragon Subrogation in 2004 and held a position in the Subrogation Department as a MedPay Reimbursement Specialist for 15 years prior to being promoted to Manager of the Accounting Department. He helps oversee the day-to-day operations and personnel of both the Accounting Department and the payment plans in the Subrogation Department.
Data Entry ManagerRayna joined the Paragon Subrogation team in 2016. Since that time she has held several positions at Paragon. Her responsibilities include overseeing all incoming new client referrals and focusing on client needs.
